The mission of Reef Finance is "We provide high quality financial services on a continuous base to cooperatives and individuals in the Palestinian rural areas, by a qualified, trained and motivated team".

Participate in filling the financing gap in the Palestinian rural areas
Elevate the level of financial services provided to the largest possible number of beneficiaries.

Positioning
Reef Finance positions itself as the financial services provider in the rural areas and to the agricultural sector, filling the existing gap in the provision of financial services. Reef Finance realizes that in order to achieve "rural development" it must work closely together with other organizations like PARC, the Palestinian Farmers Union, the Women Savings and Credit Cooperatives and ACDI-VOCA who provide non-financial services.
