  1. You select which great cause you’d like to help from the menu.
  2. Click on the button associated with each cause.
  3. The click is then registered in our system of which every dollar made by the sponsored advertising shown, goes directly to that organization stated.

You essentially are changing the world with the few seconds of attention that you give to the product/brand/service being promoted. The advertiser sets aside a budget and you, by viewing the ad, operate the transfer of revenues from the advertiser’s budget to us and onto the various trusted organizations. #arabhelp

You can click once a day per cause. Since we now have 6 causes, it means you can click 6 times per day in total for causes!

Simple really, every click is LBP 1, that is 1 Lebanese Pound (also called Lebanese Lira).

Other sponsors can multiply the effect by sponsoring just the same as part of our socially responsible advertising on our pages.

In addition to the Minimum Click Guarantee, the level of which we maintain ourselves.

We continue to honor the exchange rate of LBP 1,500 = USD 1, regardless of fluctuations in exchange rates.
To allow everyone to be able to make a donation, we limit the number of donations you can make per day.

We wanted to work with the most respected, trusted and highly regarded organizations in their respective fields and as such, we have opted to focus first our contributions to United Nations’ agencies as we believe we can do great things together as well as Greenpeace. These organizations have a tested system of checks and balances to ensure proper use of funds, including regular internal and external audits and publish annual reports about how the money was spent. Further, these organizations have their staff conduct regular field visits to monitor spending and progress of the projects funded. Find out who we support. We always urge our beneficiaries to focus on the Arab World, however that remains at their discretion for the time being. We hope to sign an MOU with each of them to ensure to channel the funds we generate together with our visitors to the Arab World as priority. Beyond the beneficiaries themselves, we stand by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals for 2030.
We support United Nations’ Agencies and Greenpeace as we believe they have the furthest reach, integrity and depth into causes which are considered most important.

All the organizations listed on arab.org are given direct access to the performance of arab.org. This allows them not only the reassurance that every single fund goes directly to them but also gives them access to real time reporting as the funds are being generated by your kind clicks. All monies created by your clicking is then aggregated and sent quarterly to the relevant organizations. You will also notice testimonials scattered throughout the site.

Quarterly proof of payments appear under the buttons for each cause, look out for Verify or this icon with associated thank you notes from the relevant organizations of the associated causes.

Note Our funds are converted and paid in US Dollar currency only. We are sometimes forced to round the numbers as some of the beneficiaries’ payment systems may not accept ¢ (cents). Also, due to the Content Management System (CMS) we utilize, some current invoices/proof-of-payments may appear in different system folders names (such as “2017” or other dates for example). The dates within the actual documents are the correct ones. Regardless of the fluctuations of the current LBP currency, we are still maintaining the FX rate of LBP 1,500 = USD 1 at this time (August 2020).

We transfer funds on a quarterly basis, that means every 3 months.

First Quarter of a year represents the months of January, February & March.

Second Quarter of a year represents the months of April, May & June.

Third Quarter of a year represents the months of July, August & September.

Fourth Quarter of a year represents the months of October, November & December.

We have identified the equivalent of 135,000 clicks as the minimum number per cause per quarter for impact.

Having said that and as we lead by example, we step-in whenever the threshold is not reached and bridge the gap in equivalent donations. We even go beyond this amount whenever the budget permits.

That is why "The Olive Tree SAL Guaranteed Click Equivalent" sometimes appear within the Proof of payments.

Together and at no cost to our visitors & users, we have donated 28,230,812 clicks amounting to over USD 10,000 to trusted beneficiaries: UNICEF, UNRWA, UNDP, UNHCR, UN Women and recently Greenpeace.
