The Alumni Association IHEC Carthage is an association of alumni of the IHEC Carthage, governed by Decree-Law No. 2011-88 of 24 September 2011 on the organization of associations. Founded in February 2016, it aims to foster ties of friendship and mutual assistance among its members and to contribute, through its activities, the radiation of the IHEC Carthage, its parent institution.
