* Gather the people concerned directly or indirectly by
legal problems in relation to health;
* Encourage exchanges, contacts and meetings between lawyers and health professionals;
* Conducting any activities that promote knowledge and evolution the right to health including:

- Organizing an annual international conference, with publication;
- the organization of a national study days, information days and debate around a topical theme;
- the publication of collections of texts on the right to health;
- sending members of ATDS newsletters (about a new text or to important case law decision);
- setting forward instead of a module vocational training "Administration and health management".
