Tunisia Tolerance is a nongovernmental organization (NGO) non-profit. It is non-partisan, independent and pluralistic.
Tunisia Tolerance is committed to promoting the principles recognized as essential by its founding members:

- Respect for human rights as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

- To understand, respect and promote tolerance and make diversity a culture of peace and not a culture of violence, without concession or favor

- Citizenship through mutual recognition of individuals and respect for the dignity of the person with the aim of harmonious coexistence in society.

- Equal opportunities: Make that meritocracy is the rule in all areas

- Respect for the physical and moral integrity of citizens

- Independence: Tunisia Tolerance ensures free themselves of all power, of influence, of interfering in its actions and that, in compliance with the law. It reserves the right to debate the actions or statements of a political party, of a public figure or organization of civil society, affecting the values ​​defended by the association

- Neutrality: apolitical and impartial association. It does not promote any ideology except that of tolerance. It can not, therefore, do not promote or propaganda of a political party.
