Initiate and implement projects focused on technical, economic and social innovation, adapted to the context of Mauritania
Exchange experiences (addressing development issues) between NGOs from the North and South
Being an open structure to the development operators, students, researchers who want to work on topics related to supporting grassroots development initiatives
Sustaining support mechanisms for local development beyond the fence project
Gather, organize and disseminate information (databases, publications, networking activities)
