Phénix Group Homes Association provides residential care for the mentally disabled people and people with behavior disorder. About the services we have a full team of direct-care stuff are on duty 24-hours a day. A day program to provide our resident with opportunities to socialize, exercise and learn... Resident will attend in-house day program in nearby training centers to enable them acquire work skills and training to foster their individual growth.
