Objectives:
1. To improve the role of women and youth in the economical and social life through workshops and field visits.
2. To develop the cultural sector through encouraging the individual and collective initiatives through adopting local cultural and development programs.
3. To support and develop youth’s initiatives according to educational and methodical approaches which support their entire practical skills to ensure their effective economical and social participation in the society.
4. To exchange experiences with related Arab and international organizations through partnership programs.
5. To enhance the principle of democracy through involving the society in identifying developmental needs based on scientific means.
