Nabras Foundation was established in 2009 holding the Decree and Notice no. 1525 but the official work of the foundation started in 2010.
The Foundations work aims to seek along with the competent authorities to develop and the development of the individual and the community, socially, culturally, environmentally and health, through the preparation of needed studies and seminars to develop the its purely humanitarian objectives.
The Foundations work also aims to cooperate with official bodies for the establishment of educational and health institutions, and providing aids to develop individual and community on both health and education aspects and this development, provides for them access to advanced stages.

The period between 2010_2011 was marked by launching programs; workshops; awareness seminars and training sessions that simulate the needs and requirements of society.

Nabras Foundation strives to promote human development through:
 Improving the quality of life for the sectors of society that suffer from deprivation, and working to meet their most urgent needs;
 Supporting development initiatives in various socioeconomic, environmental, educational and cultural fields, and coordinating implementation among concerned parties;
 Strengthening the role of various community groups, especially those that are marginalized, and ensuring that they participate in drafting and implementing development plans;
 Developing human capacity in general, particularly that of young people, and orienting them toward the needs of the job market;
 Tackling public issues that directly affect the well-being of society, and mobilizing the necessary financial and human resources to confront them
