Library on Wheels for Nonviolence and Peace is a Palestinian non- governmental, non-profit association that offers alternative education through its community outreach endeavors. LOWNP is a development organization that creates solutions to violence and injustice. Together with individuals and local organizations LOWNP helps people overcome their grievances, and fights for social justice by peaceful means. Library on Wheels for Nonviolence and Peace is registered under RA-22230-CU in the Ministry of Interior.

The Library on Wheels for Nonviolence and Peace Association works in a variety of settings where it is able to help people gain hope, develop skills and a sense of direction in order to create a new future.  LOWNP is active in addressing social justice issues through its advocacy and alternative education programs and through the nonviolent campaigns it launches.
