Kitab Fi Jarida is a pan arab project originally founded by UNESCO in the Year 1996.
In 2003 Kitab Fi Jarida established its private Association in Beirut under Lebanese laws and was successsfuly able to obtain a private funding. The project since then has been publishing a monthly addendum that was distributed for free in addition to the lebanese newspaper Al-Nahar in 18 Arab news papers in all the Arab capitals.
