The Human Rights Information and Training Center holds a consultative status with the Economic and Social Council at the United Nations: the private non-governmental, non-profit civic organization that works full political neutrality and does not follow any party partisan or non-partisan, a think-scientific body aimed at promoting values of human rights in Yemen and the world Arab committed to all treaties and covenants international declarations on human rights issued by the United Nations. The center specializes in human rights awareness through activities and training sessions, meetings and intellectual Archive desktop, publications and periodicals.
The overall objective of the center

The overall objective of the center of spreading awareness of human rights and the promotion of human rights concepts and provide the knowledge and service office in this context and the training of those interested in human rights activists and focused public activity of the scientific center as a private voluntary on the following:

holding workshops and specialized training courses in order to raise awareness of human rights and the strengthening and development of non-governmental organizations to turn positive and active role in society.
establish a scientific library of publications and conventions on human, publications, brochures and leaflets issued by local, Arab and international bodies and scientific knowledge as a service for researchers and interested and archived newspapers and periodicals concerned with the rights of human rights.
Hold seminars and meetings intellectual and scientific integrity of political neutrality only aims to raise awareness of human rights and the definition of the principles and international conventions of human rights, in coordination with other bodies of common interest on the basis of equality and political neutrality and scientific integrity full and organizations.
