Located at the heart of Bkennaya village in Mount Lebanon, the Albert Nassar Foundation has developed into a full functioning community center. From 2007 until today, the Nassar family started and funded this project with the sole aim of improving the quality of life.
Most of the beneficiaries come from low to middle class socio-economic statuses, with a high level of unemployment among women. They are 7 to 77 years old and originate from all over Lebanon, representing its mixture of religions and nationalities. All the free services implemented by the Foundation are tailored to the needs and profile of the community.
Services provided by the Foundation:
Education, leisure and sports, hosting groups, a center for documentation and information, social relief, fully equipped environment to receive people with disabilities.
