Dubai International Seafarers Centre has been operating on the current site since 1976 upon the instructions of the late Ruler of Dubai H.H. Shaikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum. Since the early days it has grown both in terms of the facilities and size: two swimming pools, temperature controlled, with lifeguards always on duty have been added along with free wifi across the whole compound, a private function room to celebrate your crew's arrival in Dubai or maybe do some training while they are here is available, amazing restaurants and bars covering many cuisines freshly prepared with great prices for food and beverage, all major sports events are shown via big screen TVs and a state of the art gym with a personal trainer is at your disposal.
