The Aims are:
- To care and rehabilitate the handicapped in the foundation designated especially for them.
- The developing of the individual to all levels: corporal, mental, social, moral, cultural, without discrimination regardless of race, creed or color.
- Create schooling establishment with the approbation of the ministry of education.

"Everyone thinks that having a disabled child, only happens to the others"

We would like to bring to your attention that we are an Association for the rehabilitation of disabled people in the region of the Bekaa Valley , that makes forty percent of the surface of Lebanon with more or less physically , mentally and psychologically disabled persons . 102/A.D.issued on 23 th April,Our Association is known by a license n 1986 amended by a decree nº 114 / A.D on 20th June 2000 for schooling , decree nº13127 on 24th August 2004, and for the benefit of public by an 7121 issued in 17th August 1995 .executive order n Until this day, people drew profit from our services, of which mentally disabled, physically disabled, chronic patients under continuous medical treatment and deaf people. The targets are : - To promote the well being of the disabled person - Education and rehabilitation - Social inclusion - Schooling inclusion Structure of the Association The Association is composed by : 1- Volonteers : a- Board of direction : formed by the parents of disabled people and specialised in the field b- Ladie’s Comity : regrouped ladies from the Bekaa , working to collect funds for the Association , threw many kinds of activities . c- Volonteers Comity formed by specialised young persons 2- Staff : Qualafied and specialized people for all services and beneficiares remunerate also . We have to notes that the Association is a day care center . The students are welcome at 7.45h early in the morning and leave at 14.45h on the afternoon . The geographical origin is distributed on a half-circumference of 70km of radius. To facilitate the social reinsertion of our beneficiaries , we encourage their displacement in buses transporting students of all school establishments in Zahleh, and we assure for those that are not able to do it, the transportation by our bus.
