The Daem for Media is a non-profit civil society organization registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade under No. 331 in 2012 to provide training and continuous education to the media and contribute to the process of communication and professional reform in a way that supports the profession of media and media.

The members of Daem (Support in Arabic) are experts in civil society and media transactions with its administration headed by heads of TV stations, Radio producers, owners and publishers of electronic news sites, creating TV programs & campaigns, who are professionals in their own right in media and journalism.

Daem is not affiliated to any political movement but maintains wide connections with Jordanian parties & authorities.

Establish media outlets, train and qualify media professionals and implement advocacy programs that contribute to the development of society.

Objectives
Provide internal and external training to journalists.
Disseminate cultural and educational awareness within the legal framework governing the Media Exertion.
Implement the activities of advocacy in support of the reform process and information along with decision-makers.
Work and cooperate with relevant sectors to support the democratic freedom of information such as the judiciary and lawyers.
Expose lines of cooperation with various Arab and international institutions concerned with the affairs of media.
Provide legal defense to journalists and media organizations.
