A network of more than 80 human rights organizations, institutions and individuals in 30 countries of the Euro-Mediterranean region. Established in 1997 in response to the Barcelona Declaration and the establishment of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership, we adhere to the universal principles of human rights and firmly believe in the value of cooperation and dialogue between and within Borders.
