The Bahraini Society for Child Development was founded in July 1991. Since its inception, it has been able to figure prominently in the local community through its noble mission in the support and development of one of the most important segments of society, the Bahraini child.

The quest for child development in all stages of education, socially and economically.
Attention to the needs of children from special groups and the disadvantaged, and contributions to meeting these needs.
To seek to provide legislative protection for children in various fields.
To pay attention to the needs of children in pre-school.
Work to remove the phenomenon of child labor and the expansion of apprenticeships.
