We are a non-government non-profit organization wholly established by its members support. The members belong to different specialties; trade, industry, agriculture, tourism, service and others. It aim to take part in rebuild Iraq throughout developing private sector institutions, small and middle size in particular, in South Central region of Iraq.

Towards a prosperous and better economy in Babil Province and the other Provinces in South Central region of Iraq, the ( BCED ) works hard to be a nucleus for a center of a broad scope economic research and training and development programs

Mission
BCED mission is to raise the standards for businessmen, businesswomen and the local community in the Babil Province and the South Central region of Iraq by focusing on improving skills that will add value to their career in different specialties such as; trade, industry, agriculture, tourism, service and others. Developing these skills will help small and middle size business reach International standards and enable them to take part in economic development activities that will improve individual and social living standards.
