The Tunisian Association of Mothers (ATM), chaired by Mrs Saïda AGREBI, plays a key role in dissemination and in the realization of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). This NGO, declared to be of public utility in Tunisia, was consecrated by the United Nations in 2001 by obtaining its consultative status of general rank with the ECOSOC. It is in the conviction that the role of mothers is not only confined to the gift of life but also to the dissemination of knowledge to future generations that the ATM focuses its action on literacy, education and Support for marginalized mothers.
