Assembly targets:
The Assembly seeks to achieve the following objectives:
* to encourage the agricultural work: planting trees and fight against desertification.
* Contribute to the provision of the terms of the rehabilitation of the region by building bridges of communication between the various activities of the area and monitor the opportunities for cooperation and integration among them

* Contribute to the provision of sustainable development conditions through the conclusion of agreements of cooperation and partnership with government departments and community groups , international organizations and local, national and international associations with the same objectives.

* Keep track and keep up efforts to rehabilitate the region and its integration into the social and economic fabric of the country 's development projects.

* Support the involvement of women in the development of economic and social fabric of the region.

* contribute to the revival of cultural and historical heritage of the area and keep it.

* contribute and support the various programs and initiatives aimed at ecological protection zone.

* completion of cultural and recreational activities to strengthen the bonds of communication, solidarity and exchange of experiences between the Assembly frames.
