A charity founded in Bahrain in 2008 under under No. (12 / c / Oj.t.kh) and a decision was made to licensing of the Assembly, on 24 Shaaban 1429 corresponding to 08/25/2008, under the name of Sheikh Jamri Charity Association, it is concerned with the provision of services and activities charities including upgrading can be a charitable work and achieve the concept of sustainable development for all segments of society in accordance with the laws and regulations contained in the statutes of the association.

The establishment of the society as an extension of the efforts of the many charitable work espoused by the late Sheikh Abdul Amir al-Jamri throughout his life (1937-2006) as known for his early interest in all kinds of humanitarian work in all social, religious, cultural and scientific forms.
