ACHR is a non-governmental, non-profit, civil society organization, established in Lebanon in August 2017. The efforts of a group of Syrian and Lebanese jurists and activists who adopt the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in their work and activities and who have considerable experience in field work, advocacy and defense of human rights .
Access to a reference to the marginalized and less educated groups of the community is considered by raising the level of awareness among these groups, dealing with the issues of violations, monitoring the victims, and organizing awareness campaigns, advocacy and advocacy campaigns. It seeks to be a credible and effective reference to the monitoring of human rights in general - focusing on the rights of refugees in particular - and in reducing human rights violations by adopting legal tools and means.
