The Outoul Association for Development and Assistance to Women and Children was created Thursday 25 September 2003 at the initiative of some inhabitants of Douar Doutmanroute Ait Ouafka, Circle of Tahala prefecture of Tiznit.
The Association was created as a result of the very positive reaction of women and girls in the village, eager to learn, to learn about embroidery and weaving. This initiative is unique in the region, which is sorely lacking. guidance, education and training of rural women for their involvement in the development process.
