Kuwait Humanitarian & Friendship Society

The Kuwait Humanitarian & Friendship Society (KHF) was established in Kuwait on 18th of April 2018.
This is a legally authorized organization, recognized by the State and its law by Ministerial Resolution No. 39A as a charity society.

Aims of the Kuwait Humanitarian & Friendship Society:

– Provide moral and financial support to patients in need, regardless of their nationality, sect or religion.
– Provide additional support to their families.
– Provide financial aid to help cover medical costs.
– Work cooperatively with civil and other charity societies.
– Honor veteran expatriate residents of Kuwait, whose residency exceeds half a century.
– Strive to cement ties and affinity with residents by celebrating their national holidays.

Why do we deem The Kuwait Humanitarian & Friendship Society worthy to receive your donations?

1- The founders of KHF are the prime financial contributors.
2- The Board Of Directors (BOD) are volunteers, and do not receive any remunerations, salaries or other benefits for their efforts.
3- KHF acts transparently, and it’s funds are subject to strict surveillance by reliable accountants, and a renowned auditor. Furthermore, The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour (MOSAL) in Kuwait supervises the society’s accounts on an annual basis. Funds of this society cannot be spent without the knowledge of the BOD, including the chairman, his deputy, and the treasurer.
4- KHF is the first charity society to elect women board members.
5- The activities of KHF are supplementary to other charity societies, and are not in competition with them.
