Childhood Protection & Care Association

The Childhood Protection and Care Association (CPCA) – a non-for-profit organization –   was founded in 2004 to realize the vision of the First Lady Mrs. Andree Emile Lahoud to help give a better life to children with special needs in Lebanon.

The poor social, economic, and health status of children throughout Lebanon was an inspiration to founding an organization with a wide range of activities which target children’s health at the level of individuals, community, and the general public.

CPCA’s mission is to improve the quality of life of children and their families especially in areas related to health and health education.

CPCA’s approach is to tackle all aspects of health services: consultation, diagnostic tests, treatment, medication, counseling, awareness, and prevention. The various centers within the CPCA target different areas of childhood health and currently include: Childhood Asthma and Allergy, Childhood Nutrition, and Childhood Headache.

CPCA’s target is all Lebanese Children regardless of their religious and ethnic belonging from birth until 15 years of age.
