AI-Sadiq AI-Taieb Association (ASTA) is a charitable, non-profit organization which has been working in East Jerusalem and the West Bank (Palestinian Authority Territories) since 1986. In 1991, an in-patient Treatment and Rehabilitation Center was established in Bethany and its services extended to include Awareness, Prevention, Intervention, and Treatment & Rehabilitation programs.
ASTA’s philosophy and plan of action focuses on the holistic approach through which it provides the addicts with a comprehensive treatment program (psychosocial, physical, mental, personal and emotional) and provides their family members with psychosocial and spiritual support in order to be able to support the addicts during and after the treatment period.
