Objectives and tasks: Yakaare is an NGO that has legal status to non-political character, associations and non-profit. It consists mainly of women and particularly involved in supporting the integration of disabled young people in civil society. Since its creation date in 2003 the NGO has constantly provide support to poor families victims of the tragic events of 1989 who had at the time several deaths and deported outside Mauritania. Several activities with using a French NGO were conducted throughout the town sebkha to offer significant capacity degrees in training young people without support. Today thanks to new international partnership and new objectives of the Mediterranean Union, Mauritania seems to try to meet the challenge of countries in the sub-region in particular as regards the fight against unemployment, against the challenges of climate change and integration of the principles of globalization. Many synergistic development agencies with with national NGOs are active in addressing the country's economy. Mauritania is a full member of the European Union in the Mediterranean and understood as his peers bring its approaches in the areas of intervention of this new inter-regional organization. To this effect Yakaare has brilliantly won the international competition organized by the European Institute of Mediterranean Barcelona and especially to benefit from solid approaches with other winners of the contest `` a sea mots' at cultural events in Spain ', approaches that will be initiated upon his return to Mauritania and will launch a new political action to effectively help youth with disabilities to develop their storytelling skills. Given this ambitious challenge and wants register long-term Yakaare NGO has been involved already and already to set up a small resource center to enable disabled young people to discover the wealth of the universal culture. Competitions of poems, theaters, articles and stories will be organized annually under the supervision of the mayor and with the support of Ministry of Culture.
