At the heart of Al Koura, North Lebanon, the Association of What Al Farah for special needs was founded in 1987 by his Eminence Metropolitan Elias Kurban, Archbishop of Tripoli, Al Koura & dependencies. It is currently presided by Metropolitan Archbishop Ephrem Kyriakos teamed with an administrative committee.
