We Tunisian citizens, initiators and participants in the protest movement of the dome of El Menzah, wanting to enjoy r the momentum of citizenship and solidarity that brought us together, declare to have been a general association that we proposed to appoint:
Union of Tunisian Independent for Freedom (UTIL)
This association will advocate for the promotion of community life and for the involvement of large segments of Tunisian society, where it is, in social action and political education on the basis of citizenship, solidarity and modernity.
