The Maronite Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2008 and operating under the auspices of his Beatitude the Maronite Patriarch of Antioch and all the East.
The overriding objective of the Foundation is to raise the awareness of the Lebanese expatriate communities regarding their legal rights such as their eligibility to the Lebanese citizenship and their right to vote.
The Maronite Foundation also seeks to awaken the Maronites around the world to their heritage and consolidate their links with their Lebanese and Maronite roots.
On the local front, the Maronite Foundation strives to lobby the Lebanese government and the legislative body in taking the necessary action to advance laws related to helping the Lebanese immigrants regain their Lebanese citizenship.

The Foundation mission is to reestablish sectarian balance by urging Maronites and other Christians around the world to preserve their Lebanese patrimony.

- To help Lebanese around the world regain their Lebanese citizenship.
- To promote the benefits and spirit of Maronite affiliation and the Lebanese identity among Maronites of the world.
- To awaken Maronites to their heritage and consolidate their links with their Lebanese and Maronite roots.
- To lobby the Lebanese government and legislative body to take the necessary action to advance laws to assist Lebanese descendents regain their Lebanese identity.
- To help Christians around the world process their "vital events" such as marriages, birth etc.., in order to obtain their Lebanese citizenship and register them in the official Lebanese civil registry
- To sensitize Maronites around the world to their political, cultural, economic and social participation in Lebanese public life.
- To secure communication between the Maronite mother church in Lebanon and its children worldwide.
