Shajar w Bashar is a youth committee that emerged from Ard Al Toufoula in 2008. It operates in the underserved neighborhoods surrounding Ein El Helwi camp. It was founded by a group of Lebanese and Palestinian youth activists with the goal of reaching a balanced development that ensures a better life for all community members. Shajar w Bashar is the resort for activism, skill development and entertainment for youth from all neighborhoods, it activates target youth, children, and people with special needs.
