Sawa For development is a development organization. It’s a non-government, working for social development of vulnerable and less developed people. It’s a human-centred NGO. Sawa For development was established in 2006, with the goals of community development in the Bekaa valley in social , environmental and cultural terms, raising awareness about climate change effects , human rights and educating women and youth on their rights in order to achieve full equality and saving the nature . Sawa For development focuses on Women Empowerment, capacity building for youth on waste management and climate change and Human Rights . SAWA is a member of ECOSOC, GirlsNotBrides and UNEP, Soliya New York and Anna Lindh Foundation.
