The Network is an non-political, non-profit organization, created in 2008 following receipt No. 597 of MINT. It consists of a set of labor organizations, human rights NGOs, development organizations, professional bodies and press organizations. The network work for any action to the deepening of democracy providing a framework for consultation and dialogue between civil society sharing the same options in a state building process of law through the strengthening of good governance and promotion of citizenship. It assigns as strategic objectives: strengthening and consolidation of the institutional capacity of the network and its member organizations, promoting civic culture and the promotion of Citizen Control of Public Action (CCAP); promoting gender equity and the development of an extensive national and international network of partners.
