Qatar Association of Certified Accountants passed several stages until it was launched it and these stages are as follows:

1 - March 2005 committee was formed to prepare and coordinate the statutes of the association and Qatar hosted the University of all meetings of the Committee this committee prepared statutes of the association.

2 - July 2005 were invited Qatari accountants to attend the founding meeting and the purpose of that meeting the statutes of the association, which will take over the registration and disclosure of Assembly and discuss and submit articles of incorporation and the statutes of the association on behalf of the founders to the Ministry of Civil Service.

3 - On March 6, 2007 issued a decision Haan, Minister of Civil Service and Housing No. (6) of 2007 approving the registration of Assembly after the approval of the Board of cabinets and the endorsement of His Highness the Amir on the establishment of Assembly.

4 - October 2008 was the first general meeting of the Association held Association was elected the first board of directors of the Association.

Assembly targets: -
1 - Work to raise the level of the profession and advancement.
2 - dissemination of professional awareness among the members of the Assembly and the preservation of the traditions of the profession and Literature.
3 - upgrading the scientific and professional society members.
4 - provide social and cultural services to the members of the Assembly.
5 - closer ties between members of the association and the development of the spirit of cooperation among them.
