WHO ARE WE

It is an independent Palestinian organization concerned with the situation of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon. Founded in 10.12.1998 by a group of intellectuals, academics and human rights activists who felt the need for such an organization. Foundation works to protect and respect Palestinian human rights in accordance with international standards and conventions and to support the principle of the rule of law and work on the development of a democratic culture among the Palestinian diaspora in Lebanon. Each institution also supports all efforts for the exercise by the Palestinian people of its right to self-determination and independence in accordance with the resolutions of international legitimacy.

Founded conditions

Live in Lebanon, around 400,000 Palestinian refugees were forcibly expelled from their homes in 1948 and 1967 and those suffering economic and political conditions represented difficult social policies and legislation have helped to marginalize the Palestinians and prevent their integration into the Lebanese social fabric.
