Support projects of young Tunisian artists, offer them the opportunity to develop their talents and gain access to the widest recognition in Tunisia and étranger. Grace in training and quality supervision enable them to deepen and improve their work.

WHO WE ARE

Our association was established in October 2012 and based in Ben Arous, it was born from the will of Tunisian youth from associations and United World (FTCC, FTCA, cultural club etc.) noting the lack of general interest and the authorities lack of resources devoted to culture.

We decided to act in our own way by supporting and helping young Tunisian artists eager to find practical support to develop and carry out their projects and bring them to the attention of many.

OUR GOALS

1) Allow and facilitate the access of the largest public art and new forms of contemporary creations.
2) Support the projects of young Tunisian artists, offer them the opportunity to develop their talents and gain access to the widest recognition in Tunisia and abroad.
3) To recognize the art as a major form of speech involved in the evolution of the Tunisian society.

OUR ACTIVITIES

To provide strong support to artistic projects for young people and bring art to a wide audience we have for the project:

• The organization of innovative cultural events in Tunisia highlighting young Tunisian artists to give them all the space they deserve in society.
• Develop cultural and artistic projects in the town of Ben Arous is our field of action.

We work ALSO:

The acquisition in Ben Arous a place large enough to include a recording studio and rehearsal room open to the needs of young artistic projects.

The development of an artistic residency, the first destination would contribute to the development of new forms of artistic expression in all disciplines and in the best conditions.

Our current projects:
- The film club '' SOUTH CINEMA '' -

The film club CINEMA SOUTH is the idea of members Open Art Tunisia.

From the spirit of the film clubs exist all over the world, it continues the tradition was that of Ben Arous region in the seventy years and 2000 and will offer a weekly meeting between the inhabitants of the region and the 7th art with an ambitious program of screenings for the general public.

The Open Art Tunisia Association contributes through this film club to a new dynamic in the House of Culture of Ben Arous and started from February 2015 with it a new stage of fruitful partnership.

OBJECTIVES

- Provide as many people in Ben Arous the opportunity to visit once a week to film their city and to the movies chosen by and for them at symbolic prices.

- Provide the opportunity for the House of Culture of Ben Arous to reach a new audience and the creators of the film club, to offer young people a weekly cultural activity.

- Ensure the implementation of community projects in direct relationship with cinema. CINEMA bridges between the South and the town of Ben Arous are called to multiply in order to ensure the sustainability of the new movie Ben Arous.
