Oman Association for Consumer Protection (OACP) is registered under Ministry of Social Development by the Ministry of Social Development decision issued on 24th June 2003. The management of the Association is entrusted to a board of directors with members. The term of office of the Board of Directors is two calendar years from the date of its election. Its members may be re-elected for similar period. The directors perform their duties without being entitled to remuneration.
