Ensure coordination between the various stakeholders links at all levels of the olive sector as a die approach by encouraging growers, the oléifacteurs and exporters to integrate it for better development and better utilization of the Tunisian olive oil .Facilitate dialogue between professionals and the administration in defining the priorities of the sector.Ensure market regulation based on the appropriate mechanisms and in coordination with the private operators and professional and administrative structures concerned.Encourage the promotion of the quality of olive oil and marketing by integrating professionals to scientific and technological developments.Ensure the development of exports of olive oil in coordination with all stakeholders in the sector.Collect, analyze, disseminate and archive information, set up a databank relating to the sector and undertake the necessary studies to evolve the industry in the domestic market and for export. Perform other tasks which will be assigned by the ministry.
