NAFC has the capacity to support regional palliative care provision comprehensively with sustainability, effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, equality and innovation.
An elected board consisting of (7) members of professionals and academics who oversees the management of the Agency in general, and at its staff is diverse and qualified who oversees directly on the implementation of all its activities and programs. (8) full-time employees in addition to (25) volunteers direct the action and are distributed between all activities and projects.

NAFC is a Palestinian non-profit independent society originated in 2003 and was licensed in 2006 in the Gaza Strip. It seeks to improve social and economic conditions, health and education for all members of the Palestinian families, through providing relief and comprehensive development and  that is distinctive and responsive to the changing needs, regardless of belief and religion color, sex, political affiliation and geographical location.

Values are common principles that all members of the agency believe in and practice in their work. Values are very important for the Agency to enable them to create a system which makes ,employees working under it and dealers with the NAFC, expect embodiment of these values during the process.
