The Association “Message of Peace” Decree 3 / AD, was founded in 1996 by the lay community of the Missionary Brothers and works under the patronage of Bishop Guy Paul Noujaim.
The Association welcomes adults (aged 16 and over) with specific needs (mental retardation) and provides them with:
- Professional training programs
- An adequate workplace
- Activities adapted to their abilities
- Occupational homes
The NGO accept admissions of children with special needs aged 16 and over with mild or moderate mental retardation, motor and cognitive disabilities.
