LSCCB’s mission is to “engage children and youth in academic and personal capacity building programs as well as advocate education for all, in order to reduce delinquency and nurture youth into responsible adults and proactive citizens.”
LSCCB’s goals are:
1- Building the personal capacity of children and youth
2- Reducing illiteracy and dropout rates
3- Reducing illegal child labor specifically among street children
4- Advocating and delivering quality scholastic and vocational education
