This is the organisation of National Civil Society Organization. The small suns association has been created for helping all Lebanese and non-Lebanese poor children living in Lebanon ,to get a decent health coverage either in medical or surgical field, regardless of there religious or ethnicity.

“Les Petits Soleils” is a non profit-making, apolitical and not confessional association governed by the law of 1901.
Its purpose is to take care of the medical needs of the discriminated children living in Lebanon not benefiting from health coverage.
Mostly the association acts in urgency, but can also assure the medical care of a child during several years.
The association was founded by Dr Noha BAZ in 1996.
Its Honorary President is Mr. Salim Eddé and its Vice-President is Dr Youssef Comair.
Mrs Maya Khoury-Helou is the Secretary General.

Dr Patrick Baz, Mrs Danielle Audi, Mrs Maya Khouri Helou, Mrs Marie-Paule Lefevre, Mr Boutros Ghanem.

The Adviser Doctors:
Dr Patrick Baz, Dr Fernand Dagher, Dr Adhan Awada, Dr Rafic Baddoura, Dr Georges Abi Tayeh, Dr Nabil Hokayem and Dr Marwan Nasr.

ALL are volunteers.

The association covers the expenses of hospitalization, examinations and consultations, and supplies medicines, prostheses and vaccines.
The financing is made by spontaneous contributions of the members or by donations and sponsors.

Les Petits Soleils organize every year diverse events (concerts, diners, exhibitions-sales) to collect funds.
