Lebanese Scout Association

The Lebanese Scout Association was founded in 1935 and was called the American University Scouts. It was re-named the Lebanese Scout association in 1937 under the tutelage of Jean Charles Sasportas. The association has progressed since then to be a leading organization in the youth movements in Lebanon. LSA is currently present in 5 districts:

Beirut District   : Includes B1 – B2 – B3 – B4 – B7

Beqaa District   : Includes Zahle-1, Zahle-2, Zahle-3, Zahle-4, Zahle-5, Zahle -6,                             Qob Elias (under establishment)

Mount Lebanon District: Includes Brummana-1, Rabieh-1, Berbara-1,                                                           Mounsef-1, Aley-1, Ain Aar

South District    : Includes Saida-1, Sadia-5, Saida-6

Nabatieh district: Includes Hasbaya-1, Kfar Rimman (under establishment)
