Who we are
Kulluna Irada is a civic organization for political reform.

We believe that strong and fair governance would solve Lebanon’s problems.

Kulluna Irada’s funding is 100% Lebanese – it is financed exclusively by Lebanese citizens residing in the country as well as members of the diaspora who want to bring positive change to their country.

We dream of a fair Lebanese state that cares for its citizens and provides them with all the services they need to live decently, with an economy built on sustainability.
What we do
Kulluna Irada believes in transparency, accountability and citizens participation as major constituents of good governance. We work with local non governmental associations active in fields that are of interest to us and actively work to access information to shed light on the municipalities and government’s activities.

Our goal is not only to expose problems, but also to propose solutions and work toward their implementation.
How we work
This is how at Kulluna Irada we determine yearly which projects we pursue : it is more about priorities and opportunity for change within our beliefs

Capacity to make a unique contribution
Opening for positive legal change in our parliament
Ability to broaden public awareness
Urgency for action
Availability or access to information or work done by partners

Our methodology
Kulluma Irada believes that in order to be able to influence political reform we need to engage many constituencies of our society by raising awareness, selecting issues and working on them end-to-end while involving citizens, NGOs, local governments, member of parliament, and member of government.

There are numerous NGOs in the country doing a highly qualified and effective job in their sectors to the extend that many have filled failures of the state in doing so. They have developed deep knowledge on the issues they are tackling but are not willing or do not have the ability to scale their work nationwide. Very often they do not want to alienate the government in doing public awareness about the issues they solve. Sometime they do not have the time or the means to do a public campaign or to go lobby to influence decision makers.

At Kulluna Irada we have decided to partner with them and walk the extra mile together. We work to understand their findings, suggested actions and solution and then disseminate them to the media, the parliament, public interest groups, and citizens at large through video, social media, alerts, statements, studies, and conferences.
