King Hussein Cancer Foundation

The King Hussein Cancer Foundation- Governing Body (The Foundation) is an independent, non-governmental, not-for-profit institution founded in 2001 by Royal Decree to combat cancer in Jordan and the Middle East region. KHCC is the leading cancer center in the Middle East region providing adult and pediatric patients with state of the art comprehensive cancer care for all types of cancer. It is accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) as a disease-specific cancer center, making it the first and only center in the developing world to earn such a distinction.

KHCF is dedicated to saving lives through:

Supporting and promoting KHCC to sustain cancer treatment with the highest standards
Maximizing fundraising efforts to support cancer care and control in Jordan and the region
Improving the quality of life for cancer patients and their families by providing financial and psycho-social support through various programs and initiatives
Raising awareness and educating society members on cancer as well as supporting prevention and early detection efforts to reduce cancer related mortality & morbidity.
Offering accessibility to treatment for the public at KHCC through a nonprofit cancer coverage program
