The Khalil Sakakini Cultural Center is a non profit organization that was established in Ramallah in 1996. The center is dedicated to the promotion of arts and culture in Palestine. The Sakakini Cultural Center mainly works in three areas, which are the Visual Arts, where the primary focus is nurturing new talents, and developing artists’ creative skills, and exhibiting and collecting art works. The second area of work is the Palestinian Identity & Narrative, where projects are organized that express the Palestinian experience, and explore the Palestinian Cultural Heritage. And finally, the Center organizes public activities such as: Art exhibits concerts, film screenings and literary events, as well as outreach programs to encourage new people to join the art society, and learn more about Palestinian art, culture, and heritage.

The mission of the Khalil Sakakini Cultural Center (KSCC) is to promote and nurture culture and arts among all people within Palestinian society. KSCC values diversity, inclusivity, creativity, self expression and freedom of expression. it is a hub for dialogue out to new audiences, nurturing new talent and creating cultural dialogue within Palestinian society and beyond.
