The General Federation of Iraqi Women (GFIW) or General Union of Iraqi Women is an Iraqi women’s organization founded by the Ba’ath Party in 1969. Women from the General Federation of Iraqi Women, which provides voluntary military training, participate in a civilian military parade in Mosul, Iraq
