The association was established in November 2000 under the flag of the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities. It is also registered in the Ministry of Finance. The non-profit association is not affiliated with any political or religious party. The center is located on the outskirts of Burj Al Barajneh Camp. Equipment and facilities required for the proper implementation of activities and programs for target groups in a safe environment.
