Center was established to enable the wings change society as a non-profit organization that aims to empower local communities socially and environmentally healthy and targeting disadvantaged and marginalized sectors of the population and vulnerable. A corporation registered under the name (center wings change to enable the community) and under the number 177 591 Date 30.09.2012 based Jabal Al Hussein and scope of work of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The center aims to:
- Raise awareness of health and environmental organizations and individuals, especially women and children.
- Building the capacity of community organizations in the field of sustainable development.
- Building the capacity of individuals and youth in the field of community service and enable.
